Covid-19 Vaccine Registration 😷

The McHenry County Department of Health (MCDH) is encouraging those identified in Phase 1B and Phase 1C complete a COVID-19 vaccine enrollment form.  These groups include all seniors over 65 and residents in high risk categories.
