SCVN Office Closed to Public; Working Remotely
March 20, 2020 - May 31, 2020
Starting Saturday, March 21, 2020, the SCVN Team will be following Gov. Pritzker’s Executive Order to “Stay at Home”. The SCVN Team will be working remotely, but the SCVN Office and DME Loan Closets will be closed to the public. Our team will be checking voice mail messages and returning your phone calls regularly. We plan to continue providing life-critical rides, food and grocery deliveries, and make friendly phone calls as long as the team and volunteers are able to do so.
Please note: We will not be taking any new ride requests or loan any medical equipment until the planned re-open date.
If you are a care receiver or over 60 years old and have immediate needs or assistance with food or supplies, please call our office at 815-455-3120 and press 1 to leave us a message. A team member will follow up with you during our next business day
